Join our Summer Badminton Play & Social program and enjoy a casual, drop-in style format where you’ll team up with new players and face different opponents each week.

⏱️ You asked, we listened!
Many of you told us you wanted more court time, so this summer we’ve extended each session to 2 hours of play instead of 1.5 hours — giving you even more time to rally, rotate, and have fun.

It’s the perfect way to stay fit, enjoy friendly competition, and meet awesome people all summer long!

SUMMER 2026 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

🏸EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: All players need to bring their own racquet each week. Badminton net and birdies will be supplied by SSC.

📅 # OF GAMES: 12 drop-in nights

🕖GAME TIMES: Each game will be off 120 minutes. Over multiple weeks, you’ll rotate partners and opponents in a fun ladder-style format - win and move up, lose and regroup, ensuring competitive games for everyone.

🕛 DROP-IN TIME: Friday nights choose to play at 6:00pm at Lakecrest Independent School.

BYE DATES: TBA

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.

🏐 Spike into summer action!
Get ready for fast rallies, powerful spikes, and nonstop competitive fun! Our 6-on-6 Men’s Intermediate Competitive Volleyball League brings together players who love the game and aren’t afraid to bring their A-game.

☀️ Play hard, push your limits, and have a blast!
This league emphasizes friendly competition and skill development, making it the perfect mix of challenge, teamwork, and high-energy fun.

⏱️ Game time:
ASSC volleyball games are played for 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to rally, rotate, and show off your moves.

SUMMER 2026 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

🏐EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: This league requires teams to bring a Volleyball. Equipment rentals are not provided by SSC.

📅# OF GAMES: 12 games (10 regular season games + 2 playoff games)

🕖GAME TIMES: Start times rotate between 8:00pm, 9:00pm and 10:00pm. SSC makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable).

BYE DATES: No bye dates.

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online two days before your league is set to start.

FRIEND REQUESTS: If you have friends who want to play, be sure to invite them to join you. Jump into your player account page on our website and use the “Invite your Friends” option to either send a direct email inviting them to play with you, or copy and paste your unique sign-up link to social media and have them click through to register.

TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports on Friday, January 2nd. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.
